"The election of sub-ciommittees has been tjf considerable help in the manage■mlnt of the affairs of the Club, and from .them, many suggestions have been received, and all given effect to. "As. the establishment 01 the Club and its excellent position financially is due to its pioneer members, your Committee eionsider that the time has come now when new members should pay an entrance fee. "The following officers are retiring in accordance with Rule No. 11, but are eligible for re-election:—Messrs. 6. Tisch '(president), W. G. Malone (vice-presi- 1 dent), A. L. Humphries (hon. secretary and; treasurer), R. H. George, J. McLeody F. Reston, F. J. Eberlet, P. Hop-, kins,.W. Roberts and C. M. Hill (com-, mitteemen). "In conclusion, your committee would like to thank the members for their assistance 'during the year, and desire to express their pleasure at the harmony existing amongst them, and trust that' the true spirit of clubmen will ever animate the members."
