HOME-MADE BREAD.
(To the Editor.) Sit,—l read with interest the correspondent who signs himself "Anti-Trust," with regard to home-made bread. Xow, Sir, if "Anti-Trust" wi!! forward, through you, or direct to mv, a pound note for a prize, I shall be only too pleased to add a c]ass for "home-made ■bread"' to our schedule for the coming show, to be held on the 20th of next month. I think he is in error with regard to the later winter show. Tuere was a class for bread, and they got fifteen entries for it, with onl/ a small prize, and I have little'doubt thai, if "Anti-Trust" sends me the amount I suggest, we shall have numerous entries from all over Taranaki, and he will have a good rim for his money.—l am, etc., H- J. HOBBS, Secretary Taranaki Poultry, pigeon and Canary Society.
