I' TOKO. (From Our Own Correspondent.) ' On 10th June a school concert was held in the Toko Hall. A good programme was gone through by the school children. Other items were given by i Messrs Pearce and Burgham and Mrs. ' Thorpe. Notwithstanding the very ' rough night, there was a good turn-out and a fair amount was taken at the d«or.' The funds are to be expended by the committee in improving the school ' grounds, On 16th June the Toko Farmers' Union held a very successful social in the hall. The Avails were tastefully decorated with flags and farm produce. On the whole, the weather has been very mild, but last week a blizzard took the place of the samples that we usually get. Frosts have now succeeded the cold 1 and boisterous winds.
