The Rosamond is due this morning from Wellington, Picton and NelsonShe will have about 200 tons of general cargo and 42 goats. THE ECHO., The Karamea Shipping Company auxiliary schooner Echo,. 93 tons, arrived here from Greymouth about eight o'clock yesterdav morning. The vessel left Greymouth on 'Saturday morning, and at once met head winds. These continued, and through the trip the Echo was battling against the wind. Her cargo for -New Plymouth consists of 4000 sleepers, consigned to the Railway Department. Discharging operations, it is hoped, will be completed in time to allow the vessel to leave port this evening.'
The Hinemoa was to have made another search yesterday for the rock which is reported to exist off Waitara. The steamer (passed' New Plymouth, southward bound, about 4 p.m. yesterday. .
