• ARRIVES TO-DAY. By Telegranh—Prpss Association. 1 Wellington, Last Night,. The arrangements for a fitting reception to Lord Islington to-morrow are now complete. The new Governor is to land from the Lliraaroa. after lunch. The Mayor and councillors will receive Lord Islington in Post Office Square at 2 p.m., after which there will be a procession to Parliament Buildings, where Lord Islington will be sworn in as Governor.
