WOMAN SUCCUMBS TO HER INJURIES. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright, Received June 17, 8.4 j p.m. Sydne,,, June 17. Mrs. Dean has succumbed to injuries inflicted by a man named Punks n May 30. The tragedy happened in the Sir Walter Scott Hotel in the city. Mrs. Dean, a barmaid, ran downstairs with blood rushing from a wound in her throat, a man named Punks, similarly wounded, closely following. Punks succumbed in the hospital, Mrs. Dean's condition being serious. The couple had been living together. Mis. Dean claimed to be a native of Westport, v.ni was separated from her husband.
