The Admiralty has distributed orders jfor fourteen destroyers of the Acorn class and six others, respecting which the contractors are allowed a larger latitude in the design of ship machinery. MacNamara, Parliamentary Secretary to the Navy, announced in Parliament that the pamphlet, "The Truth about the Navy," is no in ships' libraries.
