HERE DERNBURG'S SUCCESSOR. By Cable—Press Association—Copyrigh Berlin, June 7. The Berlinger Tageblatt mentions Herr Lindequist as Herr Dernburg's successor. DERNBURG'S RESIGNATION EXPLAINED. AN ANTI-ANGLOP'HOBIST. Received June 8, 11.5 p.m. London, June 8. The Pall Mall Gazette says that in the downfall of Herr Dern'burg one of the most potent factors in Anglo-Ger-ma.n friendship disappears, and adds: "We are sorry for it." The Times' Berlin correspondent says that Herr Dernburg is standing aside because he dislikes the present regime. Those left behind can hardly applaud the decision, and are aware that his departure is not in order to relieve the situation, but because he thinks the situation cannot last.
