The United States House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs favor a Bill creating a Peace Committee to visit foreign capitals in the interest of limitation of armaments and international .peace. It is stated that President Taft is willing that Mr. Roosevelt should accept the chairmanship of the Peace Committee.
