Madame Muravaeva has ;been arrested on a charge of assisting Dr. Patchenko in various crimes of .poisoning. Lyassy is a cousin of the Countess Tarnovsfca. The St. Petersburg police allege that Dr. Patchenko has been in the habit of agisting; relatives of wealthy patients by poisoning them with strychnine.
