TROUBLE IMMINENT. FOREIGNERS WARNED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Hong Kong, June 2. Revolutionaries at Shanghai anonymously warned the foreign Legations' that an extensive anti-dynastic rising is imminent, and added that foreigners would not be harmed unless the Legations assist the Manchus, and if they do they will be massacred.
