DOCTOR ACCUSED OF MANY MURDERS. WEALTHY PATIENTS HIS VICTIMS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received June 2, 10.30 p.m. St. Petersburg, June 2. Count Bonturlin, an officer of the Russian Imperial Guards, and heir u £700.000, died suddenly. Count Lyassy, his brother-in-law, and Dr. Patchenko have been arrested. The arrests caused a sensation, tne former being charged with brrinng the doctor to administer strychnine to his' patient. The bodies of the Bonturlins, two brothers, have been exhumed, and traces of poison discovered. A boy murdered at Warsaw recently is another member of the family. The St. Petersburg police accuse Dr. Patchenko of making a practice of removing wealthy .people on behalf of heirs of estates, and declare the doctor Teceived £50,000 for each' of the alleged murders.
