The Government find the law makes no provision fon cancelling the holiday of King's Birthday. It will therefore be observed as a holiday. OBSERVANCES IN CANADA. Received May 30, 11.20 p.m. v Ottawa, May 30. Friday will be observed as a Ibank holiday in Canada, Ibut there will be no celebrations, in view of King George's wishes.
