AUCKLAND SESSION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Friday. In the Supreme Court Alfred John Capner was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for indecent assault and one year for using obscene language, to be concurrent. A charge of arson against the prisoner was withdrawn, subject to the consent of the Attorney-General. WELLINGTON SESSIONS. Wellington, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day Percival McKernan Braithwaite was convicted of stealing a bicycle. Sentence was deferred till next day. Applications were heard on behalf of defendants for special juries in actions by Margaret Annis and Emma Sellstrom against the Wellington Harbor Femes,! Ltd., claiming damages for loss of life on the steamer Duco. ,
