Letter to Editor. I Sir, —In one of the largest and most i successful business houses in New Zealand, inside tlie main warehouse, immediately facing the door, a notice in heavy 'bold type is posted up where everyone I who enters is hound to see it, '"Do it! now." In a big concern where a tliou-| sand and one small matters 'have to be attended to every day and much trouble' and disappointment may be caused through the forgetfulness of someone who intended to do it presently, but | simply forgot it. the above notice has j led to a system of punctuality and ■promptness that did not exwt prior to the posting of this notice. I post this notice in your columns to-day a.s a roial reminder to all interested in the advancement of Xew Plymouth and Taranaki. and are willing to help, to DO IT XOW. The entries for the show eiose to-night. Ladies and children in town as well as country can help by exhibiting the small wares of the home and the work of the s'chool, while the men can exhibit the products of the farm and garden, and so all help to bring about the success we are hoping for..
