DEATH OF BOMB THROWER. A PREMATURE EXPLOSION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Madrid, May 24. The bomb thrower died, and is unidentified, all the initials and marks' having been cut out of his linen. It is now proved that the bomb burst prematurely. King Alfonso reached Madrid yesterday. IDENTIFICATION OF WOULD-BE ASSASSIN. KING'S NARROW ESCAPE. Madrid, May 24. The man 'has been identified as one named Taborelli, who recently arrived from the Argentine. He carried a 'bomb in his bag. He enquired of a soldier outside the palace if the King had arrived. He was then due, but a change of plan delayed his arrival. PUBLIC GREATLY SHOCKED. MANY ANARCHISTS ARRESTED. Received May 25, 9.30 p.m. Madrid, May 25. The indications are that when the premature explosion occurred Taborelli was on his way to the railway station, hoping to meet King Alfonso. The public are greatly shocked. Various chemicals and two infernal machines were discovered in Taborelli's lodgings. Many Anarchists were arrested, but no clue to any of the accomplices has been discovered.
