Rioters burned the Lutheran chapel j and many dwellings at Chandhia, in Northwest Shanghai. It is believed the missionaries had previously gone to Hankow, ANTI-FOREIGN FEELING. Received May 25, 10 p.m. London, May 25. Reuter's correspondent states that the anti-foreign feeling is being widelyl preached, with the connivance of officials, in the Ohangsia district. The latter are) anxious to divert attention from theiri own shortcomings.
