Mzra Bey, the Turkish Commandant, refused to excuse Ihe noble's son, who was a member of the Uskub garrison, from joining in the firing 'party, and tlhe son accordingly fired in the air. Mrza arrested him, and the young man committed suicide by hanging hmistelf in 'his cell. The Albanians are indignant, and Mzra has been removed to another garrison.
