DUCO INSURANCE CASE.
VERDICT FOR OWNERS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington Last Night. The Duco insurance case, in which the Harbor Ferries Company sued the Royal Exchange Insurance Company for £SOO, payable under a policy of insurance on that vessel was concluded to-day, ' The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff. The exact amount of the verdict is to be determined by His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman in accordance with the arrangement between the parties concerned.
