A boat containing the Grand Ducness Marie of Mecklenburg Schwenen cap-, sized on the Scliwerin Lake. The Duchess's twelve-year-old grandson, Nicholas of Oldenburg, dived und supported his grandmother, who had already sunk, and brought her to land. The iboy was awarded the Mecklenburg medal for life-saving.
