Torgut Shevket Pasha has iormedl nine columns of 2000 men each for the purpose of attacking the villages on the lower spurs or valleys, using 17.000 to guard liis communications. Yesterday t'he columns began a systematic disarmament, also the destruction of villages whose complicity in the Albanian troubles has been proved.
