RUSSIA OBJECTS TO OUTSIDE REQUESTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersbury, May 15. A hundred members of the Right, Octobrists, and Nationalists have petitioned the President of the Duma to return the improper requests from the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce, the Belgian Senate, and the Chamber of Deputies regarding Russian policy in Finland as an inadmissible interference with the domestic concerns of another country.
