LOSS OF THE DUCO

CASE AGAINST INSURANCE CO. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The hearing of the action brought by tne Wellington Harbor Ferries, Ltd., against the Corporation of the Royal Exchange Assurance Company was continued to-day at the Supreme Court, before his Honor Mr. Justice Chapman nnv. a special jury. The case arose out of the loss of .the s.s. Duco, and was a claim for £SOO on the policy of insurance on the steamer. The decision in this case will affect a number of insurance claims. The hearing of evidence was not concluded when tne Court rose for the day.
