BUTTER EXPORTS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Friday. The ex.ports of butter and cheese to west coast ports of the United Kingdom in the season 1000-10 amounted to 37,345 crates of cheese and 2115 boxes of butter. A further 21 ():> crates of cheese are going by the Kifeshire. FARMERS' INSURANCE. Dnnedin, Last Night. The annual meeting of the Otago Farmers' Union Mutual Fire Insurance Association was held to-day. The annual report stated that.the year's working showed a net profit of £340 4s 4il. The position on 31st March was a balance of £877 ">s 7d to credit of profit and loss. The total insurances amounted to £135,01!), reinsurances £24,371, and premium notes £5002 17s 2d.
