M. Ilogg as managing director, and it is expected that the i consolidation of the above businesses. !with the saving in rents and expenses ot management, will be a big factor in making the new venture a financial success. It is understood that an up-to-date plant will be erected by the company on a large block of land close to the wharf and railway station. It is stated that the bulk of capital has already been subscribed.
