Both in concerted pieces and solos these children astonished the large audiagain and again. Miss Winnie Nixon, a New Plymouth lady, quite electrified the audience with her wonderful .soprano voice, which is of splendid quality and unusual range. It is intended to send the Ellwoods ■to Europe for tuition under the best masters.
