FOR AUSTRALIAN ENTERPRISES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, May 2. The Financial Times says the current year promises unusual prosperity in Australian enterprises. It is becoming a question of how some will dispose of eurplus revenue. Some Australian banks of recent years have hidden consicteraule reserves.- There will be a strong demand kj shareholders for increased distribution, and it will be difficult for directors to plead poverty. The Financial Times emphasised the prosperity of agricultural and pastoral companies, and said it was quite probable that the public's interest will sooner or later be diverted from rubber and oil to Australian securities.
