By Cable—Press Association—Copyright ' Constantinople, April 28 One Albanian force eastwards of tue railway is holding Sheevki Pass, near Prishtina; a second, consisting of Ghiland and Preshova insurgents, holds the Katchanik Pass, threatening Shevket Pasha's communications, and a third,, composed of Lyunia and Prizrend Albanians, has reoccupied the Tzcrnolieva Pass and holds the Prizend-Ferisovitch Road. , L The insurgents refrain from molesting Christian villages. The Turks are overwhelmingly concentrating towards Katchanik. The electors of Prizend and Ipek threaten to shoot Deputies of some constituencies, accusing them of acting in cooperation with the committee f union and of pursuing an anti-Albanian policy.
