RIFLE SHOOTING.
PATEA v. WAfTARA. A team of eight men from the Waitara Rifles journeyed to Patea by the •mail train yesterday and fired a match against a team from the Patea Rifles. The visitors, wlio were defeated by 43 points, were loud in their praises of the local club's hospitality. The shooting of the Patea team was very good. Sergt.
