Napier, was fatally injured by a train at Fordcll this evening. How the accident happened is not known, but it is surmised that Mctlrath slipped during shunting operations, and that some trucks ran over him. lie was terribly injured, and was brought in to the Wangamii Hospital, where he died two hours after admission.
