ANALYSIS OF VOTING. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, April 27. The Times' Paris correspondent estimates that four million electors voted for the Radicals, 1,750,000 fo|j Conservatives. 1,250,000 for Left Republicans, 1.250.000 for Collective Socialists, 1,000,000 for Progressives, and 500,000 for Independent Socialists. Out of 30 Deputies elected, 120 are i:i favor of proportional representation.
