Auckland. Last Xight. -At the Police Court to-dav the secretary of the Reliance Cold Minium Company was fined ;C;i, with costs, for failing to file with the Registrar of Companies a copy of the half-yearly report and statement in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act of 1008.
