ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A NARROW ESCAPE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston Xorth, Monday. A motor-car containing Messrs. 0 'and W. filunclell, D. Xelson. S. Crundv," and C. Robertson, all of Wellington, ran over the side of the road near Woodville yesterday. Xone of the ,partv was hurt though the oar feli fully fifty feet. The lucky escape u attributed'to the fact that the ear did not capsize, but pulled "IT with the front buried in debris. One front wheel and the back seat broken was the extent of the injuries received by the ear.
