St. Petersburg, April 22. Further thefts have been made from Upenski Cathedral of 042 stones, including a magnificent diamond necklace.
JEWELS RECOVERED. Received April 24, 5.5 p.m. New York, April 23. The State jewels stolen from the Upenski Catnedral were recovered through the thief, a peasant named Femin, indicating their whereabouts.
