OBJECT TO WAGES REDUCTION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received April 22, 10.20 p.m. London, April 22. At the Conference of the Manchester Executive of the Spinners and Cardroom Hands, it was resolved that the masters' proposals were unjustifiable. An acceptance of reduction in wages could not; be recommended. The masters have given notice of a reduction on May 5, and 10,000 operatives will be involved.
