Rubber and oil shares are declining. THE RUBBER MADNESS. Received April 22, 10.55 pan! London, April 22. The authorised capitals of 500 rubber companies total £592,030,000. If the premiums on many shares are included the money involved in the rubber market is one hundred millions sterling.
