The ihouse was owned ami occupied by Walther, and was insured for .CoOU and the furniture lor £201) in the South British. There is no idea as to tlie origin of the outbreak. ' HOMESTEAD BUBXED. * '' Christchureh, Monday. A homestead on C. 11. Elisor's White Rock station was destroyed by lire yesterday morning. According to particulars >a far available, Mr. and Mrs. Elisor went for a motor run, and on returning' found the house in flames. Everything was lost, including Mrs. Elisor's valuaolo jewellery.
