Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands have joined Britain, France, and Germany in reciprocally recognising the load marks of vessels, and an international standard of load line is virtually assured. The secretary of the Baltic and White Sea Conference states that the reduced capacity of vessels will be about ten per cent.
