The Times' Berlin correspondent says she represents the beginning of a batch of four Dreadnoughts, without awaiting possible improvements in type. Hence arrangements are possible at any time for including three 'more of the same type, to be hereafter. embodied 1 in the estimates for the financial year. Germany now has thrirteen -Dreadnoughts and four Invisibles, built or building.
