NOT YKT KAISKD. J CAPTAIN AND C'KKW EXONERATED.| By Telegraph —Press Association. ' Nelson. April 12. Efforts to raise the sunken steamer Koi have so far been unsucvessful. The Wellington tug Terawhiti has been in port since yesterday morning, and has made several attempts to pump out the vessel, but rough weather has caus'ed a discontinuance in every instance. The decision of the committee of inquiry into the wreck exonerated Captain Scully and his crew, and found that the casualty was caused by unusually high rollers catching the vessel. No seamanship couM have saved her.
