DISABILITIES OF TEACHERS. By Cable.- , ,-.-,sa Association.—Copyright Capetown, April 6. After a stormy all-night sitting in the Orangia Legislative Council a Bill subjecting teachers to disabilities who are not able to teach both in English and Dutch was read a second time by the casting vote of the president. All Eng-lish-speaking members of school boards and school committees have resigned.
