• BENGALI YOUTHS ARRESTED.
By Cable.—Press Association.— right Calcutta, April 0. Three Bengali youths were arrested for loitering with weapons near the railway when the Viceroy's train was expected to pass.
'NATIONALIST ARRESTED.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Arabindo Chose, an Indian Nationalist leader, for publishing an article declaring that a moderate policy failed, and advocating, in default of democratic reforms, passive resistance and boycott.
