o The statutory mooting of the Tarn-' naki Hospital and Charitable Aid Board I was held yesterday morning, when . there were present: Messrs. F. C. .T. Bell- j ringer, G. W. Browne, W. Cut field, •!. i Brown, J. R. Hill. C. Andrews, 0. Y. | Tate, C. O'Sullivan. E. Maxwell, .M. J. Macßeynolds, and D. 11. MeDonald. ' Mr. Rellringer was re-elected chair- ; man. on the motion of Messrs. McDonald and Brown. In returning thanks for' the honor conferred, -and for the mem- j hers' tributes to the ability displayed by him in the position for several years past, Mr. Bollringer said that there were several things in this work that appealed to a man's better feelings and made him more willing to sacrifice his time than he would in other branch's of local trovernment. Concluding, he | welcomed to the Board's tahle the now : memhers, Messrs. Macßeynolds, Cutlield, and Tate. | It was decided to meot on the third V, T pdncsday in each month. The House Committee was re-elected, with the addition of Mr. Cut field. The committee comprises the chairman and Mes=vs. Brown, Browne, Cutfield, and j McDonald. Tt was decided to invite applications for the .position of matron in charge of the Old People's Home, one with nursing experience preferred: or, altornativelv? for a. married couple in charge of the institution. The annual accounts not being readv, on account o'f the financial year having closed onlr on the previous da v. the meeting adjourned till Wertnfsdn'-. 20th April. ,
