About sixty delegates representing variius branches of the Hibernian Australasian Catholic Benefit Society are holding a conference in Wellington, Mr P. J. Nerheny presiding Tn his address, the chairman said the society both numerically and financially ' was improving by leaps and bounds. At the end of December the amount of the sick fund in the branches totalled £12,588, the incidental fund £IOOO, the benevolent fund £SOB, and the funeral fund £7795.
