ALLEGED BRIBERY. By Cable.—Prsss Association.—Copyright Received March 30, 10.10 p.m. New York, March 30. The Senate by 40 votes to 9 found Senator J. P. Allds had accepted a bribe of a thousand dollars to suppress legislation. Allds earlier in the day resigned his Senatorship. Senator Cobb introduced a resolution demanding that a formal charge be made against Senator Conger for bribing Allds.
