RAILWAY EXTENSION. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received March 30, 10.10 p.m. Victoria. March 30. The Hon. James Dunsmuir, Lieut.Governor, has assented to an act of the Parliament of British Columbia relating to the extension of the Canadian Northern Railway to Barclay Sound, costing, apart from'the Victoria ferry, 30 million dollars.
