The main purpose of the drivers is to establish a New Zealand drivers' federation. Last year rules and regulations governing such federation were practically settled. This year's conference has confirmed the work of its predecessor, and the federation is now- an established fact. The painters' conference is to bring about uniformity and unanimity in the^matter of subscriptions and rules.
