SMART DISCHARGING. The Koonya arrived in port on Sunday evening from southern ports with 807 tons of genera] cargo. Discli,irking operations were commenced about 1 a.m. yesterday and the ca'go was vnloaded from the boat to ths truck's at the rate of about 100 tons 6n hour, a very smart piece of work for a boat of ' the Koonya's class. Creii+abU, too, was the work of the Railway Department in handling the cargo, twe'*e trucks an hour being taken awav.
