A GAOL-BREAKER.
POWLESKA AGAIN GETS CLEAR. By Telegraph.—Press' Association. Wellington, March 23. Joseph Powleska, who was waiting is be brought before the Court in ord'> to be remanded to Palmerston North on charges of breaking and entering and theft, escaped from the police cells this morning. This is the second time Powleska has escaped from custody, the previous time being from Palmerston. He has not yet been captured.
