A NAVAL AIRSHIP. By Cable. — Association. —Copyright London, March 20. Tickers' firms has nearly completed a naval air whip, 500 ft. long. The container is constructed of a new metal, ivliieh is seven times stronger than aluminium and only slightly heavier. The machine is intended for scouting at sea on the north-east coast. THE BIPLANE IN VICTORIA. Melbourne ; March 2h Houdin made another successful biplane flight. He described three circles at altitudes varying from twentv to 130 feet, covering a distance of between three and four miles in 3min 45sec.
